Prepare a privately held business for sale, before the process starts.
When you need it
An owner or an investor is considering exit, succession within the family is unlikely, or an approach has been received and needs to be answered. In a consolidating sector the difference between a good outcome and a poor one is usually decided a year before the process opens, in records and structure nobody has looked at.
What you get
Review of financial records, corporate structure and contracts; identification of the issues that would fail buyer due diligence, with a remediation plan; indicative valuation range; a profile of likely buyers, including Chinese strategic acquirers. Where the owner decides to proceed, we act on the sale.
Fee basis
Fixed fee for preparation; success fee on completion
